Rule 125
Create a productive schedule

(1) Every head of office or head of department shall prepare an annual work schedule in such a way that the work division of all employees under him is clearly disclosed based on the work duties and responsibilities assigned to each position.
(2) When making a work schedule according to sub-rule (1), the detailed description of the work, quantity, cost and time period should be disclosed as much as possible with the view of making the work performance of the concerned employee productive.
